Graduate Program

The AMA Graduate Program offers candidates a full time job in a permanent position doing real work that contributes directly to the day-to-day operation of an accident repair centre, with the aim to develop the next generation of centre managers.

Over the course of the Graduate Program you will be supported, encouraged and mentored. We will assist you in building your knowledge, skills and network by rotating through several critical roles of an accident repair business, including but not limited to:

  • Customer Service Officer
  • Estimator
  • Parts Manager
  • Production Manager
  • Centre Manager

Typically, our Graduate Program has the following components:

  • An Induction where we will ensure you receive all the important information that you will need to succeed in the Program
  • A graduate support team who will to assist you throughout the year (and beyond)
  • Meetings with executive staff who candidly share their experiences
  • Personal and professional development opportunities

As Ramiro, one of our current graduates, said:

‘’What attracted me to this industry and role would be the challenge, I want to prove not only to myself but other people in the industry that my university studies will come in handy when managing a panel shop. The opportunities that I see for myself in the AMA group are boundless.

The advice that I would give future university graduates joining the AMA group is to do so, it’s a challenge and a platform to apply the knowledge you have developed from your degree’’
